WJ the King last week visited Vice President James Wani Igga at his Lobonok home to discuss ways on how artists can use music to promote peace and reconciliation in the country.

The singer in a statement published on social media said, he shared with the VP how artists and young people can use music and art to promote peace and reconciliation.

“I have visited several villages and saw the suffering of our people due to lack of peace in our Country therefore Lokwilili‬ Kingdom and House‬ of Talent- South Sudan and Teen‬ Confront Organization have launched a countrywide free Peace concert to sensitize our people on peace and reconciliation with a slogan #‎SINGPEACENOTWAR‬ ‪#‎20164PEACE,‬” the statement reads.

WJ is who currently the Save The Children goodwill ambassador for early child education said his management will soon announce the dates and schedules for the free peace concerts across the country.
