The First Vice President, Gen. Taban Deng Gai donated SSP 1,000,000.00 (Only One Million South Sudanese Pounds) to the Bright Star U23 for their historic victory in the last match against the Ugandan U23 team. He applauded their commitment, dedication and cooperation that resulted in this historical victory. He also wished them success in their career.

The Acting Secretary General of SSFA Mr. Antony John Lauro thank the government of South Sudan and First Vice President for his support to the national team of the U23 and SSFA in general.

Mr. Anthony said that all of the money donated will be distributed to all of the players and the technical team members.
