The year 2015 has been great for South Sudanese budding music industry. We have seen lots of upcoming artists springing up to top major radio charts. The industry has grown and it is evident, thanks to the support by local music lovers.
Eye Radio, one of the country’s most listened radio station has made a list of the top 40 songs of the year. According to Danis, the music presenter at the station, the criteria used to select the top songs is how many times the song was featured in the popular music program, The Top Countdown on Sundays.
