SPLM-IO youth league chairperson and a member National Pre-transitional Committee representing SPLM-IO, Puot Kang Chol did what many men could only imagine and ladies could only dream of when proposing to his longtime girlfriend.

Puot decided to propose to his longtime girlfriend at a birthday party in Khartoum in Sudan.
