Former Finance Minister Stephen Dhieu has congratulated his successor Salvatore Garang Mabiordit in a note seen by HIJ.

Stephen, fired last week also thanked President Salva Kiir for the “confidence, opportunity & support” to serve his administration in various capacities since 2016 when he replaced David Deng Athorbei.

Kiir replaced Stephen Dhieu Dau with Salvatore Garang Mabiordit Wol as the new minister of finance. Mabiordit was the technical adviser in the ministry of trade.
