A video of South Sudanese elders in a meeting is  doing rounds on social media.

In the viral video, an elderly man is seen speaking suggesting that since rebellion is rampant in South Sudan it’s better president’s wife become a VP so of she rebel it will be easy for the president to deal with with her.
