President Kiir this morning traveled to Sudan for bilateral talks with his counterpart, J1 has said.
In the two-day visit, the two leaders will discuss and possibly sign bilateral deals mainly on the reopening of the North-South borders, resumption of bilateral trade as well as oil flow from the areas of Former Unity state to the international market through Port Sudan.

The advance team led by Hon. Nhial Deng Nhial, the Senior Presidential Advisor and Special Envoy comprised of Hon. Tut Gatluak, the Presidential Advisor on Security as well as ministers of defense, petroleum, finance and that of information.

The delegation has been in the Sudanese capital over the last few days meeting their Sudanese counterparts in a bid to pave way for new cooperation agreements between Juba and Khartoum.
