A cargo plane has crash-landed in Maban County in Northern Upper Nile State this morning, Miraya FM has reported. There were no causalities reported in the crash.
This latest crash comes barely a week after WFP chartered plane crashed in Juba killing a 5-year-old child.
The Maban crash makes 4 the total of plane accidents in South Sudan in 2017.
In March this year a plane crashed in Wau and burst into flames. All the 49 passengers and the crew survived and in April a light aircraft owned by Uganda’s Eagle Air crashed in Yei without any causality.
