Nigerian musician to set record for most expensive concert in Juba
During the usual reggae night at Mask and Bistro most of the sober reggae night fans heard a jingle from Nigerian born music star, Enetimi Alfred Odom popularly known as Timaya, announcing his coming to Juba for his mega show scheduled for May 14 at Mask and Bistro and May 15 at Home & Away. Timaya’s show will set record for the most expensive music concert ever held in Juba. Jamaican songstress Alaine performed in Juba last year, the charges were 300 for ordinary and 500 for VIP.
Timaya is popular among South Sudanese, Isaac “ IZO” Ayi Duang who own Stars Avenue record & entertainment and a son to millioniare businessman Ayi Duang of South Supreme Airlines is bringing Timaya to Juba. Timaya concert’s ticket is going for 650 SSP at the gate, the artist is known for club banger hits like Uku, Bum Bum, Sanko among others that are popular among Juba club goers.
