Gathoth Gatkuoth Hothnyang, the Minister of Labour, Public service and Human Resource Development has sternly warned gays in South Sudan to shun the practice he termed western.

The former army general, Gathoth was the chief guest at Miss World South Sudan 2017 event at Freedom Hall over the weekend warned the youth to stop adopting the western culture which he calls demonic.

He said that the Youth should adopt western cultures with caution. Not everything should be adopted. Things like same sex marriage are unacceptable. If it happens in South Sudan we will ask security guys to keep them for months until they produce a kid and we shall free them.
