A man was killed after an argument over dominoes in Kumo village of Kumbur Payam, Heiban County in Nuba Mountains on Sunday.
Osman Ali Kuku, the father of deceased, told Radio Voice of Peace that his son Ramadan was knifed after a quarrel over the distribution of dominoes. He said there was no problem previously between the two. Ali advised the community not to revenge.
The police officer of Kumbur Payam Musa Bashir expressed sadness and surprised because it was just a minor issue. He called on youth to stop such practices. Musa said God through the Bible commanded man not to kill, but seek the law if there are problems. The police officer said the situation is calmed after the perpetrator was arrested.
