In what seems to be the latest trend by hunger stricken people in Juba, another man this week climbed a Vivacell telecommunication mask and threatens to throw himself down if he was not given food or money.

Last month a middle aged man climbed the same telecommunication mask and threatened to commit suicide attracting hundreds of bypassers. The man was promised some amount of money but later arrested when he came down.

Sources tell us he is the same man from last month who climbed the mast again because he was not given what he was promised.
