Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon confirmed the formation of TGoNU on time.

According to IO official in Khartoum, Sudan, Dr. Machar is committed to implementing the outstanding issues that are blocking the way toward the formation of TGONU like security arrangements and the training of VIPs guards.

“VIPs forces have been identified from both sides and it’s not going to be an issues anymore, what we see as an issue now is the funding but since the International community and the regional governments are supporting it I think everything will be in its place as stipulated in ARCISS,” source in Juba said.

Dr. Machar will travel to Addis Ababa very soon and he will proceed to Juba to witness the formation of TGONU in the presence of International Organizations and community plus the regional leaders.

The Government will be formed on 12 November 2019.
