Music lovers, musicians and entertainment stakeholders in Juba are making raising funds for the late Emma 47 and also planning a fundraising concert too for the late Emma 47.

Mclumoex through kilkilu Ana has managed to raised SSP42,700 through a contribution by various people who attended the show in Nyakuron Cultural Cente in memory “Aku” the late Emma 47.

“Thank you, everyone  who contributed at kilkilu Ana in memory of our brother the late Emma 47 total contribution in cash and pledges=42,716 SSP. Not forgetting the entertainers who gathered us together,” Mclumoex said before breaking down the contribution.

Radio heavyweight presenter, Moro Lokombo and others are meeting today at Mask Bar and Bistro to finalise all the required thing for the Emma Forty-seven Fund Raising Concert.

“The friend committee for Emma 47 Funeral is requesting all friends to meet today at Mask at 4:30 PM to finalise with video shoot, T.shirts, Fund Raising Concert and Final contribution,” Moro posted on social media.

Dancehall singer Mabor Abud Mathiang popularly known as Emma 47 was killed on Monday morning along Juba-Nimule road by Riek Machar’s loyalist.

Emma 47 was travelling from Juba to Nimule with others when they fell in an ambush on the now notorious Juba – Nimule highway laid by rebels affiliated to Riek Machar’s SPLA-IO.
