Newly formed People’s Liberal Party has seen tremendous growth since it was formed few months back. The party has attracted musicians Hot Dogg and Yezee Giel and this might have helped in boosting the party’s popularity among the youth given the large following both musicians boast.

The party leader Mayen Majong on the other hand has not rested, he has been vocal and criticizes government of daily basis. You would never miss his comments and interviews on Eye Radio and Radio Miraya on any political developments in the country. The party recently accused the government for detention of its leader.

All these might have helped the party’s growth and has earned them a slot in the list of South Sudanese political parties on Wikipedia.
