Senior Health official in The Ministry of health has rubbish report that alleges that 2 million people in South Sudan are HIV+.

The report made by a local newspaper alleges that 2 million people in South Sudan are HIV positive.

A senior health official who prefer anonymity said that the statistic is not true.

Where did the reporter get that statistic?…that number is not true because according to official figures from 2018 this report is false. That is some staggering increase from 190k to 2 million cases in South Sudan in one year,” the official said.
