Government, World Bank team up to invest over $30million in South Sudanese entrepreneurs
The Ministry has partnered with the World Bank and GEF to roll out an economic development program in the country by issuing Financial Grants worth US$ 31.4 Million to all deserving entrepreneurs and farmers in the country with an aim of promoting local investment and entrepreneurship.
Applicants MUST be South Sudan Citizens aged between 23-57 years.

Since 2014, the World Bank has provided safety net support to South Sudan through investment targeted at poor and vulnerable households. It also helped to establish the building blocks of a national social protection system for effective and accountable delivery of safety net assistance while mitigating high operational, fiduciary and safeguards risks in the country.
