The government through South Sudan National Communication Authority has banned two websites it accused of spreading fakes news and hate speech. The websites banned are Sudan Tribune and Radio Tamazuj.

The netizens in Juba noticed it today that they can’t access the two websites.

While accessing the websites you are greeted with an ‘ACCESS DENIED’ message from South Sudan Communication Authority.

The two websites over the past few years have been accused especially by the government of spreading false news and being Riek Machar’s mouth pieces.
