One of Silver X’s Holy Land Empire artist Doctor Candy has left the label and signed a new contract with Danny Boyd owned House of Talent promotion company. Danny Boyd is the manager of Silver X’s music rival WJ who went head to head in battle concerts in March.
Doctor Candy says he left Holy Land Empire because “business there is one-sided and no support towards the juniors by the seniors”.
Doctor Candy is the second artist to breakaway from Silver X’s label this year. In January another upcoming artist Check B left the label citing differences with Silver as the reason for his departure.

The upcoming singer Doctor Candy was nominated in the 2016 Eye Radio Music Awards in the Most Promising Male Artist of the Year category for his song “love your neighbour”.
Uganda based singer Slate Nation is now the only notable member at Silver X’s Holy Land Empire who has not declared his fate. Silver X and his manager Sam Bosco of Rock Star Promotion are yet to respond the artist’s claims.
