Several companies and organisations have collectively donated to Bright Stars money worth over SSP 400,000.

Cardinal Group, a local company in Juba has donated SSP150,000 to the national football team Bright Stars to help the team financially. Similar donations of SSP100,000 were also donated by a local businessman Amin Akasha to support the team while Civil Society Organisation, CEPO donated $1000 and South Sudan Youth Union donated SSP 30,000. The President of the Youth Union, Dr Albino Bol Dhieu, said the donation was to motivate the players in the upcoming match with the Crane team of Ugandan to qualify for African Nations Championship, CHAN 2018 in Kenya.
