Unidentified armed men have left a 8-year-old girl in a critical condition after raping on Monday 14 June Am n Rumbek North in Lakes State.

Local enforcing officer, Captain Elijah Mabor Makuac said that the 8 year old girl was raped by unidentified armed men on her way to collect water in Rumbek North County, lakes state, but men made their way without seizing one.

He explains that the teenage girl is in critical condition but she is responding well to medication at Rumbek state hospital.

Lakes State has experience unending cycle of violence since South Sudan independence.
