South Sudan beat Kenya 60-58 to progress to the Quarterfinals of the AfroBasket 2021. They will face defending
champions – Tunisia.
South Sudan registered a 20-11 lead at the start and added a 19-13 run in the second frame. Kenya managed to do
everything they could in order to save the game, however, could not win the campaign.
They nailed 17 points in the third and then the last stanzas, while both teams remained scoreless with in the last 2 minutes.
